Genius Software Solutions Limited understands the needs and expectations of its interested parties both within the organisation and from external parties including, amongst others, employees, clients, suppliers, regulatory and Governmental departments.  As a company we are committed to continuous improvement in the quality of all our services using the following methodology:

In order to provide and maintain quality services we will: 

  • Set quality objectives that take into account the requirements of all internal and external parties.
  • Communicate these Objectives and performance against them to all interested parties
  • Provide a measurable quality service to all internal businesses & external clients
  • Continually improve all of our processes in pursuit of efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Continuously support & develop staff at all levels throughout the business
  • Continuously maintain & improve our way of working
  • Ensure all roles, responsibilities, procedures & policies are understood by all
